About Me
I work where water, risk, and human limits meet.
I am an underwater explorer specialized in technical and forensic diving, focused on safety in complex operations. I operate in environments where visibility disappears, time compresses, and every decision can become irreversible. Places where preparation is essential, but never enough.
As ISRT Supervisor for Deep Subsea Operations, I lead and coordinate high-risk underwater missions at an international level, often in environments where recovery is uncertain and conditions are far from controlled.
My work extends across rivers, caves and mountain rescue scenarios, where precision, control and the ability to act under pressure are critical. Sometimes, what lies beneath does not want to be found.
I am a paramedic currently completing a postgraduate master’s degree in anesthesia and critical care, with advanced certification in prehospital trauma management. This clinical background is not separate from my diving. It defines how I read situations, anticipate failure, and manage risk before it escalates.
I also train rescue and public service divers, including SAR and Defence organizations, with a focus on decompression, deep diving, breathing gas systems and advanced filling procedures.
My medical experience includes emergency response and helicopter operations, bridging the gap between clinical care and field decision-making.
At the core of everything is the human factor: how people think, react, and perform under pressure. In the environments where I operate, that margin is often the only one that matters.
Years spent in complex environments taught me something simple: procedures alone do not save lives. Judgment, preparation and human performance do.
Eventually, it became clear that the distance between training and reality could no longer be ignored. So I decided to build something different.
Foundation
I founded the Trauma Training Center, Simulation and Research Foundation, to address a gap I encountered directly in the field: the distance between clinical training and real operational conditions.
The foundation develops immersive, high-fidelity training environments for emergency professionals, combining medical science, human factors research, and frontline operational experience. The goal is not just to teach procedures, but to build the kind of judgment that holds under pressure.
